Financial & Insurance

Payment is expected in full at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

If you would like to know your estimated out of pocket expense prior to the day of your visit we encourage you to contact our office and we will try to provide you with an estimate. However treatment plans and out of pocket expense will sometimes change depending on patient symptoms, findings and cooperation on the day of the actual visit.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
